The City of Lake Forest invites residents to attend a Scoping Meeting for the General Plan Update Environmental Impact Report. The meeting will be held at Lake Forest City Hall on Tuesday September 24, 2019 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Written comments on the scope of the Environmental Impact Report will be accepted.
