The City of Lake Forest has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the General Plan project. The 45-day public comment period on the Draft EIR begins on Friday November 8, 2019 and concludes on Monday December 23, 2019.

Comments on the Draft EIR must be submitted in writing to:

Written comments must be received by December 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. Copies of the Draft EIR and Public Review Draft General Plan Policy Document are available online and at City Hall.
